In The Studio: March 2015

The Instinct trusted theirs and ours on the way to their 2nd Bang-A-Song recorded LP.  Donald Freyleue finished up a long awaited 2-song single.  Jon Butcher continued to drive his 2 Roads East.  Nate Weaver and Brittany Betts got their Bang-A-Saturday session in.  Telamor recorded some more.  Heavy Denims laid down the glam. Lisa Manning committed more musical poetry to tape.  PRAY for MOJO had their prayers answered.  Daniel Dye left the Miller Road Band back home in Ohio to record some solo songs.  Geoff Small made music for his Electric Ears.  The A Train Orchestra swung back in.  The Absolute Gentleman mixed an absolute smash.  Willie Loco Alexander sequenced his big 10″.  Hot Lemon squeezed out all the juice from a long weekend session.  wrensoundChelsea Berry cut one and done in a fortnight. The Rockport Middle School Chamber Music ensembles brought the clarinets and cellos to record their original songs.

Tom Hauck and Telamor are wrapping up LP 2.  Jon Butcher is overdubbing on masters and demos.  Mary Lou Lord is kicking her Kickstarter album.  Kenny Chambers and the Electric Ears are rocking and popping throughout their first record together.  Ken Steiner is recording upright for Robert Allen down in FLA.  Renee & Joe are growing another album. Satch Kerans is wrapping up another batch of hits.

Jon Butcher is overdubbing on tracks he cut with our friends at Q Division.  Tom Hauck is rounding the corner on his third solo record.  Pocket Tanya is keeping it kray.  Willie Loco and the Razdans cut/are dubbing an 11 hour session of upright, sax and traps.  Brian King is demoing “Spy”.  Transona 5 transferred DAT’s.  Satch Kerans is mixing.  The Electric Ears are capturing lightning in a vaporizer.  Lisa Manning is wrapping her third  Bang-A-Song record.  Mara Bettencourt is mastering.

In The Studio:

Lisa Manning continues to sing her poems to tape. Tom Hauck‘s record #3 is sounding more like record #1. Morgan Jackson is recording his French Horn audition for a plethora of university admission applications. Litehouse are polishing of three more sound captures. Rob Garfield is layering his latest. The Instinct are coming in for a one and done session. Clock Strikes 10 are running the sets in Studio B. BAS is going remote to record a Meg Griffin interview with Bonnie Raitt for SiriusXM. Willie Loco Alexander is going to cut live with the A Train Orchestra.

New Releases:

Mexican Ape-Lord is starting to drop jams on Youtube, and KBMG has released a long brewing EP.

In The Studio: September/October 2013

The Electric Ears should use earplugs they are jamming so loud!  The Daniel Dye and the Miller Road Band record is getting mixed in the box.  Sister Kathy’s 20-song-80-minute opus got the kids vocal treatment and has moved on to mix.  Paul Catania continues to record Pocket Tanya.  Tom Hauck is laying down rekkid #3.  Meg Griffin brought Willie Nile in for another Sirius/XM session.  Anna Rae is mixing her new record on the board.  Dan King just did some analog processing on his KBMG mixes.  Lisa Manning is laying down more song poems.  Rob Garfield continues to mine his profession for music.  The Lindsey Buckingham Appreciation Society and Marina Evans used Studio B for fine tuning.

Litehouse shined a beacon on three new songs.  Jon Hardy finished the Mexican Ape Lord‘s vocals.  Tom Hauck kept it rolling.  Rob Garfield is cutting two more tracks for his core demographic.  Sister Kathy continued to roll away the stone.  Tim Castro sighted the Atlantic Starr sound in Gloucester.  Willie Nile taped another appearance on “Having Words with Meg Griffin” for Sirius/XM.  Megan McKenzie waxed poetic on for her band’s first release.  Busty Moceri is getting loose as a goose on Thursday nights  Dr. Jesse is producing the next Coldplay in August. Jon Butcher is cutting a track that features no guitar!

The Instinct dubbed out their latest single. The Mercy Case are showing Jen no rock mercy.  Jon Hardy continues to bake the Mexican  Ape Lord‘s cake. Chelsea Berry is going to sing songs that soar.  Sister Kathy is making your kids next favorite record.  Tony and Jack O’hara are furnishing the Dog House.  Sonic Euphoria are cutting more sides.

In The Studio: April 2013

Brad Byrd is coming in to produce the Rick Williams rock.  Willie Alexander is identifying some radio stations.  Tom Hauck is putting the finishing touches on his second Bang-A-Song recorded LP.  Renee and Joe‘s album is being uploaded for mastering as we type.  The Instinct are melting the walls between their rehearsal and our recording studio. Jon Hardy continues to give voice to the Mexican Ape Lord. The Boyfriends are laying down two tunes for a five minute cassette to be released in the near future.
